The mission of the Harvard Forest Archives is to collect, manage, preserve, and make accessible for research and reference,
materials that document the studies, management operations and experiments conducted by Harvard Forest staff.
Since 1907, from a center comprised of 3000 acres of land, research facilities, and the Fisher Museum the scientists,
students, and collaborators at the Harvard Forest explore topics ranging from conservation and environmental change
to land-use history and the ways in which physical, biological and human systems interact to change our earth.
This catalog provides an interface to discovery of these materials.
The Archives is a non-circulating repository that is open to staff, scholars, students, and the interested public.
